My Story

My name is Christopher Hain. I am a licensed real estate agent in Los Angeles. Before that, I was a newspaper reporter covering local government. That's how I found out about these real estate grant and loan programs.

When I became an agent, I quickly realized that a lot of people I was coming into contact with could benefit from these real estate grant and loan programs. So I compiled this information to help my own clients.

But I also discovered that so few people knew these real estate grants and loans were available in Los Angeles. Everyone I talked to about it, clients, friends, other real estate agents and loan brokers all wanted to know more about these programs.

That's why I created this site. This site allows me to get this information out to all the people who were constantly asking me about it without taking up too much of my time. And it allows me to reach more people.

I'm trying not to charge too much. Many of my friends have told me I should charge more because the information is so valuable if someone can actually buy real estate in Los Angeles that they otherwise couldn't. But that's exactly why I've tried to keep the price reasonable -- so more people can benefit!

I don't think $19.95 is too much for something as important as stopping the cycle of renting and becoming a homeowner. But I also don't want to charge too much. I've been there, too!
